NOT YOUR AVERAGE REALTOR. AND THAT’S THE POINT.
I’m Brianna Chacón. Second-generation Realtor, former Mayor of Princeton, Texas, one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States, and a firm believer that real estate should feel personal, not transactional.
From leading a rapidly growing city to negotiating across the closing table, I’ve learned that experience, integrity, and knowing when to fight for what matters make all the difference.

I bring a little grit, a whole lot of heart, and a fiercely personal approach to every client relationship. You’ll get honest advice, strong representation, and someone who’s just as comfortable negotiating a contract as she is sharing coffee at your kitchen table.
BEYOND THE TITLE. STILL NOT YOUR AVERAGE.
I’ve worn a few titles in my life. Mayor. Realtor. Businesswoman. Wife. Mom. Mimi.
But here’s what you should know about me: I’ve never needed a title to know who I am.
I’m a second-generation Realtor who believes experience matters, integrity isn’t negotiable, and being nice doesn’t mean being a pushover.
I’ve led a city, navigated tough conversations, and learned that doing the right thing isn’t always the popular thing. I’m comfortable making hard decisions, asking uncomfortable questions, and standing my ground when it matters.
My faith is my foundation. My family is my priority. And my clients? They get the same fierce loyalty and straight answers I’d give someone sitting at my own kitchen table.
I’m not interested in being the Realtor who tells you what you want to hear. I’m interested in being the one you trust to tell you what you need to hear.
I don’t do cookie-cutter. I don’t do halfway. And I definitely don’t do business as usual.
